VoiceLog® records the wrap up conversation between a sales agent and the customer. This is an open ended recording which concludes by pressing the '#' key on your phone. A unique transaction number is assigned to the recording, giving you a reference to access and listen to the audio.

The Speech TPV system uses advanced speech recognition technology on an industry leading VoiceXML platform. The technology picks up the "Yes" or "No" answers of the customer and advances the verification script, ultimately reporting back the status of the TPV and providing accessibility to the audio recording.
